In this video water jet effect over a thin plate in ABAQUS has been simulated. For modeling water SPH method and for material model Us-Up equation has been implanted. The plate is modeled as shell element with elastic-plastic behavior. To model plate failure during the impact Edit Keyboard capability to create damage model has been used.
