In this video Simulation buckling and post buckling of a square column in Abaqus has been studied. in the first case linear buckling in Abaqus standard with linear perturbation and in the second analysis Explicit analysis has been used.Output of linear buckling are used in nonlinear explicit buckling as a imperfection coefficient.You can see some figures of this simulation at bellow
