in this tutorial Simulation air explosion over ceramic plate with lattice aluminum core in Abaqus has been investigated.The ceramic plates,two aluminum plates at the above and bottom and the lattice aluminum core are modeled as deformable three dimensional part. Johnson-Cook plasticity and damage with evolution for aluminum parts is used. The Abaqus recommend some model for ceramic which they can be use in the cae section, subroutine or input file. The dynamic explicit procedure is appropriate for this type of analysis. The contact between all surfaces is considered as perfect contact. The CONWEP procedure is used to model the detonation behavior by using source and stand off point on the model. The symmetry and fix boundary condition are assigned to the assembled parts. The quality of mesh has effected over the result

After the simulation damage,stress,strain and other output can be reached as contour or diagram. You can see some figures of the results at below
